I see the problem is still there in the latest Debian kernel, 2.6.18-6-xen-vserver-amd64: I get the same oops.
I'd like to apply one of your patches but I cannot find the pci-dma-xen.c file in the Debian pre-packaged kernel sources (apt-get source linux-image-2.6.18-6-xen-vserver-amd64). I would like to build the kernel starting from Debian source package but while I can see its structure deals with xen too I cannot figure out how to really add the Xen support to it.
