If I revert features/all/xen/workaround-pte-file.patch (i.e. use _PAGE_PSE for _PAGE_PROTNONE) then the crash when running the test program turns into a simple OOM, which I think is acceptable given the nature of the test program.
However I assume the workaround is there for a specific purpose, what
was it?
