Package: linux-image-2.6.26-1-amd64 Version: 2.6.26-12 Severity: medium I have a desktop with 1Tb raid1 disk. After a crash it took about 2 hours to boot, since the raid1 resync slowed the box down.
Setting in /etc/sysctl.conf dev.raid.speed_limit_max = 30000 helped in my case. I do however think that a raid1 resync should behave reasonably out of the box.
