Hi, we have exactly the same problem, we have seven dom0 with debian lenny and kernel linux-image-2.6.26-2-xen-686 (2.6.26-15), the trace is exactly the same, the crash is at random times, usually one or two times a day, some days we have no crashes, with apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade the system reports that there is a new version of the same kernel, but we have not installed yet because we dont know if it is patched or if it could cause more crashes.
