We have the exactly same problem on our 3/3 servers. As standard, xen reboots itself when this happens (if you doesnt set the noreboot option on boot), so it may be many more people having the exact same problem, but can not find this bug report.
It also happened around time 06:26 on one of our servers, dont know if thats random or not.
