Yes, I get it 2 times, and after this I switch back to the old kernel...
if yes please bug upstream bugzilla.openvz.org and let us know the bug number. is it maybe fixed by latest 2.6.26 lenny snapshots? see lenny apt lines http://wiki.debian.org/DebianKernel
