This error indicates a class of bug, not a specific bug. The Xen kernel flavour is unfortunately very unstable in lenny, and noone seems to be able to fix it. Note that you can run the 686-bigmem and amd64 kernels as domU under Xen, and these appear to be much more stable. drbd is a separate module not supported by the kernel team.
