Package: initramfs-tools
Version: 0.92o
Severity: minor

Thankfully pretty harmless, despite the annoyance:
cpio: ./etc/udev/RCS: Cannot stat: No such file or directory

Looks like `/usr/sbin/mkinitramfs` is the culprit. In this case,
/etc/udev/RCS is a symbolic link to ../RCS
