Package: nfs-kernel-server
Version: 1:1.1.2-6lenny1
Severity: important
NFS Kernel Server blocks mounting NFS in Version 3
because of the fixed and unconfigurable deactivation
in /etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-server via the following
line:
'RPCMOUNTDOPTS="$RPCMOUNTDOPTS --no-nfs-version 3"'
I never got this problem on 32 bit, maybe just a
amd64 issue.

The previous line in the init script checks whether the NFS server
supports version 3. The command you are quoting is only executed if
that is not true.
