As in subject, megaraid_sas kernel module initializes long enough to crash 
booting. This problem is probably hardware-specific, in my case it is Dell 
PowerEdge 1950 with megaraid.
As workaround i added "sleep 5" command to "/scripts/local-top/lvm"

use rootdelay=5 bootparam as documented in man initramfs-tools
or the release notes.

closing as this is expected on such hardware and thus admin
has to set it.
