I'm not very surprised. USB 3.0 support was very immature in Linux
2.6.32. Although there have been some bug fixes in stable/longterm
versions 2.6.32.y (which we apply to the Debian package) I don't think
they are enough.
We may update the xhci driver in a later point release to Debian 6.0
'squeeze' if it is not working for most people.
