About the bug, I can confirm that the failure is not deterministic and it can
be related to one or more of the improvements recommended by powertop, that
are now included with "pm-tools" package, but no-doubt, the problem is in the
kernel drm code. Also I saw a strange output of /proc/interrupts (garbage in
the end of the i915 line.
