Hello, FYI, I found a workaround to get a decent resolution's console :
- I've put 'uvesafb' in /etc/initramfs-tools/modules
- installed the v86d package needed by the uvesafb module
- regenerated the initramfs
- and booted the kernel with cmd options :
video=uvesafb uvesafb.mode_option=1024x768
