this bug still exists in 6.0.2:

myframe:~# vserver foo start
can not change context: migrate kernel feature missing and 'compat' API 
disabled: Function not implemented
/proc/uptime can not be accessed. Usually, this is caused by
procfs-security. Please read the FAQ for more details
