Genuine Intel family 15 model 2 stepping 9 is a "Northwood C" Pentium 4 series CPU. It is a *single* core CPU with hyper-threading support. It is *not* a dual core CPU. It was first release in 2003, 8 years ago. It does not support x86-64 extensions.
