Apparently the kernel module cdrom.ko entcounters an error with an unknown
symbol "scsi_cmd_blk_ioctl".

I think you have just installed the security update, version
2.6.32-39squeeze1, which introduces and uses the new symbol. However,
you need to reboot to complete the upgrade.
