Hello, I have simillar issue (on same HW) when using openvswitch (with xcp-xapi), the trick with ifconifg eth0 up helped me too a little bit.
My setup worked initially (for longer than half a day), but once during shutdown the system hung (with message like "task shutdown blocked for more than 120 secs..." after "Will now restart").
