If you get a chance to also try with a 3.2.y kernel (from wheezy or
squeeze-backports), that would be interesting. The only packages
needed for this test from outside squeeze would be the kernel image
itself, linux-base, and initramfs-tools.
Sorry about the multiple submissions, reportbug was telling me that SMTP
failed so I re-submitted a few times.
I'll give 3.2 a shot this weekend. I was on a previous 2.6 (can't
remember which) before this, and had the same problem.
I do have another machine that is /almost/ identical, hardware wise,
that doesn't exhibit this problem. The only software difference is that
I'm not starting the machines on a storage pool backed by DRBD.
