For #709364 I was able to look at the Access Point that the problem is occurring with.
Manufacturer: TP-LINK Model #: TLWR740N Ver 2.1 I'm pretty sure the owner updated the firmware either to a newer manufacturer version or to something like openwrt/ddwrt.
