Thanks for doing that.  It's not clear to me whether you got the 3.10
patches tested or not.  But in case not:  I can confirm that the

 3.10-2-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.10.5-1 (2013-08-07) x86_64 GNU/Linux

kernel works fine with one of these newer cards:
