I've been able to restore manual hibernation & suspend here via /sys/power/state & systemctlby using;
echo 0 > /sys/power/pm_async (It can be added to /etc/rc.local) However, pm-utils still broken (worked for me prior to kernel 3.12) so no power maganement with xfce4 which is hardwired to upower which is hardwired to pm-utils :-( -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
