No, that won't work:
config I2C_DESIGNWARE_PLATFORM
tristate "Synopsys DesignWare Platform"
depends on HAVE_CLK
select I2C_DESIGNWARE_CORE
CONFIG_HAVE_CLK is not and will not be enabled on x86.
Maybe some additional patches are needed?
