Hello,

Control: found -1 3.13.7-1

The impact of visual artifacts have been significantly reduced in
linux-image-3.13-1-amd64. Now video playback seems split into
horizontal sections, like before. However, the video playback does
update all of these horizontal sections, although not at the same time.
So you might have the bottom 1/6 of the screen frozen for a second or
two while the top plays fine, then the bottom will catch up. Then the
top 1/3 might freeze for a bit. And so on.

So, it's still broken but it seems like some work has been done since
the 3.12 kernel.
