Hi, Just for further info on this, I've now had to write off the laptop on which I was experiencing this bug, as it pretty much stopped working - hardware error, motherboard suspected.
So that means that there's no chance of me doing any more tests to see what the problem is - not sure if this bug could have been caused by the hardware problem in the first place?
