Hi, the wifi does not get disabled anymore with kernel 3.14 on my HP Compaq nx8220 (which did get disabled with kernel versions at least from 3.10 to 3.13). But maybe the issue has not really been fixed and things are only going wrong at a different place now. wifi works with kernel 3.14, but cooling gets disabled (see bug #751398).
