Hi, I can reproduce this problem. Unloading the module before suspending works around the problem.
Perhaps this is related: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/8b3d45705e54075cfb9d4212dbca9ea82c85c4b8 Will check with newer kernels and if already fixed before attempting to backport that commit.
