I've downloaded, installed by hand the previous kernel, and rebooted the server.
After that: invernomuto:~# uname -a Linux invernomuto 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.65-1+deb7u1 x86_64 GNU/Linux so i'm using the old kernel, but still ACL on NFS does not work...
