Hi Julien, I think I saw the same problem, thinkpad yoga randomly fails to wake from suspend. Started happening after 3.16 (I'm using Fedora though).
Blacklisting kernel modules mei and mei_me seems to avoid the problem for me. I'm interested to know do you still see the problem? and does the blacklisting have any effect for you?
