I am using the latest jessie kernel with the latest wheezy packages on an
Inspiron 9300 with speed step enabled. I echo the max frequency WITHOUT the
use of cpufrequtils to the scaling_setspeed file in the latest WHEEZY
kernel JUST FINE! The behavior that is so fucking stupid is when I use
google voice through my browser with the NEW JESSIE KERNEL and my cpu
cycles get eating up and there is INSANE lag with desktop interface. I am
using wheezies latest XFCE. When I use the latest jessie kernel even though
I set the frequency to the highest THERE IS STILL LAG unlike when I am
using the 3.2.0-4-686-pae kernel. ONTOP OF ALL THAT THE INTERFACE FOR THE
CPUFREQ in the KERNEL IS BROKEN SINCE THE scaling_available_governors
doesn't show USERSPACE and others EXCEPT PERFORMANCE AND ONDEMAND WITHOUT
HAVING CPUFREQUTILS AND LIBCPUFREQ0 INSTALLED! FIX YOUR FUCKING KERNEL!
DON'T USE UBUNTU! STICK TO COMPILING YOUR OWN SHIT! BTW, LINUS WOULD BE
DISAPPOINTED! YOU ARE BREAKING USERSPACE!
