linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64 3.16.7-ckt11-1 works for me on my x201.
Tested Fn+F2 (lock), Fn+F3 (battery), Fn+Scrol (NumLock), Fn+Pos1
(brightness +), Fn+End (brightness -).
