I'm encountering an issue with the current jessie kernel on a Dell Optiplex 9020 equipped with a 00:19.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Ethernet Connection I217-LM (rev 04) The NIC hangs under some conditions. Those conditions are not completely clear: it occurs when downloading packages from this machine to several (5) machines, but I couldn't trigger it using simple nuttcp data transfers). I've confirmed that the backports kernel (4.1.3-1~bpo8+1) is _not_ affected.
