Either would be fine IMO, but I slightly prefer the second of: - "supports simultaneous listening" is verb, adjective, gerund; - "supports listening simultaneously" is verb, gerund, adverb; (more or less). I think "supports simultaneously listening" would be confusingly ambiguous: the listening is simultaneous more than the support is.
