The attached control file is not the more recent one, I am attaching
the latest one which includes also the fix suggested by "victory"
about using the UAC acronym once it was defined.
The misunderstanding is my fault:
1. In a previous message I attached the changelog instead of
the control file
2. when Justin pointed that to me he also told that the patch
was OK
3. I thought that the patch was enough and that I didn't have
to resend the control file
4. I then overlooked the control file in the LCFC message.

If debian-legal tells that the question about the EULA is not needed
(and hence the templates can be dropped) we can save some time to
translators.
