C'est "phishing". Le Jargon français ne propose pas de traduction (http://www.linux-france.org/prj/jargonf/P/phishing.html) ; ce site (http://www.commentcamarche.net/attaques/phishing.php3) propose "hameçonnage". Si tu utilises ce terme, il faut également mettre le terme "phishing" dans le texte (entre parenthèses ou autre) car c'est le terme le plus couramment employé dans le domaine.
