Hello,

I am upstream maintainer of Back In Time [1][2] and know nothing about Portuguese. Regarding my current (human) translator and my own dialog with a well known LLM, it seems that the two strings "Add pattern" and "Add defaults" can be translated into Portuguese the same way: "Adicionar padrĂ£o".

But having this in the same dialog window would confuse the Portuguese users. So I am asking for advice from you as native speakers. I am also open for modifying the original English strings.

The dialog and the original strings can be found here: [3]

Maybe it will help if I would give you some more context. It is a backup application using rsync in the back. The dialog is about adding exclude rules to the rsync call. "Add defaults" just adds a pre-defined list of files and folders (e.g. trash, temp, ...) to that list. "Add pattern" is about regex-like exclude pattern. The button opens an input dialog asking for an "exclude pattern".

I wouldn't like to modify "Add pattern" into "Add exclude pattern" because the exclude-context is set by the dialog itself. And I also don't want to make the button bigger than it need to be.
But this is just my opinion and I am not fixed to it. ;)

I am happy about any advice you could give me about that.

Regards,
Christian Buhtz
