Hello World,

Since the last update of alsa-source (on debian unstable), my sound doesn't work any
more on my Acer Extensa 501T.

My Laptop has the opl3sa2 soundchip and I know I have to patch the kernel, and I do it
every time I install new kernel sources. But since the last update of alsa-source on
debian unstable, the sound doesn't work any more. Already at boot time, the driver
name is in brackets, showing that something went wrong. After looking up the alsa
modules, I noticed that the module opl3sa2 is missing!

Does anyone have a solution for ths problem, a patch for the makefile maybe?

Best regards
        Andreas
