I use this card too, the Realport version. I prefer to get the pcmcia-cs source and compile it myself. I've had the best luck with this. You can download the latest source here: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=2405 I use version 3.1.29 and found it has the best support for the Xircom Carbus card.
