Problem with hermes wireless card

hi,
i can use my pci card fine.
My only problem is when i have high transfer rates.
when i transfer at , lets say, 200kb a few seconds later the card crashes...
if i only use the card to see webpages it can work for hours..

my syslog tells me this:

and it never stops...

after this i can do ifdown but on ifup it says it can't find the device.
And until ifdown, theres  a process the uses 100% cpu .
In windows the card works with no problems.

Can someone help?
