I had a Thinkpad 560X running 2.6.9 and previously 2.6.5, 2.6.6, 2.6.7. No problems except for somewhere in there my sound stopped working (cs4232). I have recently sold the laptop so I no longer have access to it or I would pass through the .config - sorry.
