Debian Sarge should work fine. Its just that you are missing something and
you are not even able to find out what is that you are doing wrong.
Try Knoppix Live CD, if that runs Debian will run because that's based on
Debian.

I did try knoppix and it did work but i dont know how to use knoppix to
install debian. I need some help?
