Looking for more suggestions... I've got apt-proxy running on an machine on a private address (inside my firewall). My laptop is normally on this LAN, too, and so my sources.list points to the local machine.
I'm wondering what people do in this case when using the laptop at a different location. Update sources.list to point to public debian mirrors? Or maybe create an ssh tunnel to the machine running apt-proxy?
