That should be in /etc/rcS.d which on my laptop S45mountnfs.sh is linked to
/etc/mountnfs.sh


OTH, in /pcmcia/network.options

There is NFS mount option. I think put a path there and make mount point in
/etc/fstab with noauto options so that it won't get mounted my mountnfs.sh
