Hello,

Recently I downloaded the floppy disk images of the latest release (2.2.17r1) of Debian to Install on a Toshiba (T4700CT) Laptop Computer. The installation appears to complete successfully using the Compact version of the Root, Rescue and Driver disks, unfortunately when I attempt to boot into my new system, the following messages appear (shortly after INIT enters runlevel 2):

/bin/sh: exec: /sbin/termwrap: cannot execute: No such file or directory
/bin/sh: /sbin/termwrap: No such file or directory

These messages are displayed 10 times, before the following appears:
INIT: Id "1" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, the process begins again...

Can anybody tell me what has gone wrong, my base system appears to be using approximately 50mb (according to PartitionMagic 5). Is some of it missing?

Thanks in Advance,
Michael Ellery
