everybuddy and gaim both support windows messenger (or MSN Messenger or whatever it's called) - everybuddy has it builtin, gaim you must use a plugin (i think its bundled with debian, just have to load it) - neither of them support the audio as far as I know, but I could easily be mistaken - never had need to use/try it.
