Woody: xfree86 hangs thinkpad on suspend

Hi,

I have just upgraded to woody. All is fine on my Thinkpad 560E except if the 
machine suspends with xfree86 on the active console, it just hangs. Seems to 
also happen if I hit Fn-F7 (CRT-LCD) switch

Any solutions?
