I tried to uxe dpkg-reconfigure, but I never saw a question about the frame buffer. So, I went in and changed the
Option "UseFBDev" "true" to: Option "UseFBDev" "false" and: HorizSync 28-49 VertRefresh 43-72 to: HorizSync 30-70 VertRefresh 50-90 There was no noticable effect. What else can I try, short of removing all of my X packages and reinstalling everything?
