Lots of machines give this error. 8259A is the interrupt controller (or at least it is the chip that used to be that a long time ago). IRQ7 is usually the parallel port, and it seems that a number of implementations give a spurious interrupt on startup/initialization. So far as I can tell this is something you can safely ignore.
