Hi

Maybe your card doesn't support an ESSID of "any"?

unfortunately i get the same error if i give the MAC adress of the 
accesspoint

    KEY="YOUR KEY HERE restricted"

How does one write the encryption key, i mean shoudl it be written 1234567 
or should it be written 12-34-56-78, or perhaps 12:34:56:78?
