There is no /etc/sysconfig on my system which is a mixture out of stable testing and some unstable packages. However: The module 'yenta_socket' is loaded and in /etc/default/pcmcia are some valures: PCMCIA='yes' # Should be either i82365 or tcic PCIC="i82365" PCIC_OPTS="" CORE_OPTS="" CARDMGR_OPTS="" Oh well, the i82365.o is not loaded ... I try .... ok, whatever the entry points to (i82365, tcic or yenta_socket): a ethernet card works, the memory won't. More points to look at?
