Hi I installed Debian 2.2.21 on my Clevo laptop. I downloaded the 2.4.21 kernal and built it. The machine starts no problems but when I hit the Caps-lock key I get a error message "Timeout - AT keyboard not present?(ed)". Caps-lock is the only key that preduces this error. You can recover from the error by pressing enter. On the default install with kernel 2.2.21 this error does not apear.
Anyone got any ideas. I have never had a problem with keyboard mappings before so I am completely lost. Thanks for any help Arnold
